Delivery information

How much is postage?
Because the majority of our products have been designed to fit through a standard letterbox we charge a flat fee of just £1.50 for all orders. If you spend more that £30 - we will deliver your order for free! 

Where do we deliver?
Currently we only ship within the UK, but we are working on offering a wider service. If you really want to send or receive our products from further afield get in touch and we'll see what we can do!

How quickly will you dispatch my order?
We aim to send your order as quickly as possible, and we send all orders via Royal Mail First Class post. Please remember if you are choosing a personalised card, your card to made to order so allow 3 days for sending.

Royal normally deliver within 24 hours, but this may vary depending on your postcode, during adverse weather conditions and at seasonal peaks.

What if my order doesn't arrive
Very occasionally items simply go missing in action without a trace so if your order has not arrived after five working days, please contact us and we will look into it on your behalf. 

What if my order is damaged or not what I expected?
If you're not happy with your order when it arrives for whatever reason get in touch. Our aim is to please not disappoint you so let us know what the problem is and we can find the right solution.
